1. Where do you ship?

🚚 We currently ship all over Pakistan. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on it!

2. How long does delivery take?

📦 Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days in major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.).
📦 Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4-7 business days, depending on location.

⏳ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package.

5. What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to deliver one more time. If the delivery fails again, the order will be returned to us. You can contact us to reschedule the delivery.

6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your package arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit as per our return policy.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot change the address.
